Questions
How much produce is in a weekly harvest?+
Enough to be a fresh foundation for your meals all week: a balanced mix of lettuces, a root vegetable, fresh herbs, microgreens, and specialty items. If it’s ever too much, you can pause, skip, or gift your harvest.
When can I pick up my harvest?+
We harvest every week to keep the time between soil and plate as short as possible. You’ll get specific timing for your neighborhood farm once you join.
Why are some vegetables smaller than store-bought?+
We harvest for flavor and nutrition, not shelf life or shipping durability. Picked at absolute peak, vegetables come out smaller, more tender, and significantly more nutrient-dense.
Can I skip a week or pause my membership?+
Yes, anytime. Just email hello@area2farms.com to adjust your schedule.
Which plan should I start with?+
Four weeks if you want to try it. Ten weeks for a full season. Year-long if you want to taste every season — and the best value per week.
