We grow fresh, perishable produce — harvested weekly. This isn't something that sits in a warehouse. It's alive, it's seasonal, and it was grown for you by farmers who live in your neighborhood.

Because of that, we don't accept traditional returns. (Nobody's sending back a salad mix.)

But your satisfaction is non-negotiable. If you're ever unhappy with your harvest — something wilted, damaged, or just not right — contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. That means a credit toward your next harvest, a replacement, or whatever it takes.

The Fine Print (Kept Simple)

  • Perishable products: All Area 2 Farms produce is fresh and perishable. We cannot accept physical returns of food items.

  • Satisfaction window: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your harvest.

  • Resolution: Credit, replacement, or adjustment at our discretion — we always lean toward making it right.

  • Subscriptions: You can pause, skip, or cancel your CSA subscription at any time. No questions, no hassle.

  • Refund method: Credits are applied to your next harvest. Cash refunds are available upon request for unresolved issues.

  • Contact us first: We want to hear from you. Every piece of feedback helps us grow better food.

Our Promise

We're a USDA Certified Organic farm within 10 miles of your front door. We don't hide behind a 1-800 number or a return shipping label. If something's wrong, you can literally come talk to the people who grew your food.
