Loaded Nachos

Ready to indulge in something insanely delicious? These nachos have it all: salty chips, melty cheese, smoky bacon, and a generous drizzle of creamy homemade ranch, all balanced with a fresh topping of Area 2 Farms’ microgreens.

Instructions

The key to good nachos is layering the chips, but be sure to also layer your toppings. No dry chips here!

  • Preheat oven to 375.

  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Spread nachos into a single layer, some overlap here is fine.

  • Evenly spread chicken, then Colby Jack and bacon on top (putting the cheese on top of the chicken will help the chicken from drying out).

  • If you have nachos and chips left, create a second layer.

  • Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and chips turn golden (about 10–15 minutes).

  • While the chips cook, prepare the Homemade Ranch Dip.

  • Top the nachos with microgreens, scallions, and drizzle with Super Ranch, reserving some on the side for dipping.

  • Make the nachos your own by adding sliced jalapeños for some extra heat, cilantro, or some quick pickled onions.

These are the kind of nachos that feel indulgent and nourishing, just proof that greens belong everywhere, even on your favorite comfort foods.
