Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy:
Develop thorough evaluation criteria and conduct in-depth due diligence.
Establish efficient lead generation and qualification processes.
Build and manage a high-performing team

Establish and optimize operational procedures:
Develop training programs and support systems.
Implement technology solutions to streamline processes and track performance.
