Savory Greens Mix
Our blend of romaine, kale, bok choy, mizuna, garlic chives, plantain, and minutina is full of Vitamins C and A to aid the immune system. Try parboiling, a fancy way to say partially boil, and top with a sweet sesame dressing.
Arugula & Cabbage Microgreens
Our mix brings the distinctive spicy arugula flavor together with the sweet crunch of the cabbage. Delicious raw, and not just for soups, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, and smoothies. You need abundant amino acids, vitamins, polyunsaturated fats, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants.
Sunflower Shoots
A simple nutty flavor and wonderful texture. “Sunnies” is nothing short of incredible in everything. They pack in essential nutrients like vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6 as well as folate, iron, protein, omega-3s, and omega-6s.
Purple and Green Sage
Fresh sage has lighter, more lemony notes, that are typically lost when dried. Sage has a particular affinity for dense, sweet-savory foods that benefit from its flavors such as butternut squash, white beans, cooked onions, and chicken. We recommend pairing sage with tomato (in the bag)
Parsley
Parsley is often described as “generic” which is why it is a complimentary herb. It is well suited for fish and for mixing with other herbs. Parsley is high in vitamin K and iron.

Turnips
The tops are a superfood and packed with nutrients. They are a good source of protein, iron, and phosphorus. Use turnips any way you would use a potato, or lightly steam with some butter, salt, and lemon juice!
Tomatoes
Perfect with, herbs (in the bag). Add to salads, eat raw, and put onto a sandwich. An excellent source of vitamins A, C, and E. They may also limit UV damage to your skin.
Carrots
These carrots are high in flavor and crunch. Marvel at the color and enjoy it as a snack, roast, or sautee. They are high in fiber and filled with vitamin A, calcium, and vitamin K. Store in water to keep the crispness even longer.
