This mix is high in vitamins C, A and E. It pairs well with fruits, such as oranges and berries, and walnuts. In addition to salad, try in your stir fry or in an omelet.
Spicy Blend
Our mix brings a distinctive spicy flavor that can bring your dish to the next elevel. Delicious raw, and great for soups, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, and smoothies. You need abundant amino acids, vitamins, polyunsaturated fats, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants - these micros will cover it all.
Pea Shoots
Pea shoots are incredibly rich in powerful antioxidants. It is great with potatoes, asparagus, eggs, pistachios, and garlic. A great way to eat it is to lightly cook them with garlic and add it into scrambled eggs. But it is also great to add into salads, pastas, quesadillas or paninis for additional nutrients and flavor.
Marjoram
Goes very well with cheese, egg or tomato dishes. Add into soups, stews and sauces or put into stuffing mixtures. Use fresh or dried marjoram to spice up marinades for meats and fish. It also livens up sautéed or roasted vegetables like eggplant and summer squash.
Savory Specialties
Chinese Mahogany, Mushroom Leaf, Cheese Leaf
Mother nature doubled up on flavor profiles when she created aromatic vegetables, bold cheeses, and savory meats, and also leaves that taste just like them. Savory leaves can punch up any dish and add a talking point while breaking bread with friends.
Sage
Fresh sage has lighter, more lemony notes, that are typically lost when dried. Sage has a particular affinity for dense, sweet-savory foods that benefit from its flavors such as butternut squash, white beans, cooked onions, and chicken. We recommend pairing sage with tomato.
Baby Radishes
These Baby Radishes are great with sesame, mustard, mushroom, and butter. Slice some up and add into any food to give it an extra crunch, or try it raw with butter, salt, and bread. This is a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and potassium. It is able to help with regulating the digestive tract, strengthen the immune system, and reduce inflammation.
