Bouillon Potatoes
These golden, crispy roasted potatoes get a savory upgrade from fresh bouillon powder. The mix of onion, olive oil, and bouillon gives them deep, rich flavor - perfect as a side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
24 oz. baby yellow potatoes
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 Tbsp bouillon powder
1 tsp salt
3–4 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Prep the potatoes: Cut larger potatoes into quarters and smaller ones in half so they roast evenly.
Season: In a large bowl, combine potatoes, diced onion, bouillon powder, salt, and olive oil. Toss until well coated.
Roast: Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes.
Flip and finish: Stir the potatoes at least once during roasting to ensure even browning.
Serve: Remove when the potatoes and onions are browned and crisp at the edges. Serve hot and enjoy!
