Our fall tea blend brings together mint, lavender, and tulsi for a balanced, aromatic herbal tea. Mint is traditionally used to support digestion, lavender is valued for its calming aroma, and tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) has a long history of use in Ayurvedic herbal traditions. Together, they make a naturally caffeine-free tea to enjoy either hot or cold.
How to Make Hot Tea
Heat the water. Bring 3–4 cups of water to a boil in a tea kettle or pot.
Add the herbs. Turn off the heat and add the entire contents of the tea package. You can also use a teapot with an infuser or strainer.
Let it steep. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor.
Strain and enjoy. Remove the herbs and pour yourself a cup.
Make a Cold Steep
Give your herbs a second use by making cold-steeped tea.
Add the herbs to water. Place the used herbs in a pitcher or jar filled with cold water.
Refrigerate. Let steep in the fridge for 24 hours.
Strain and serve. Remove the herbs and enjoy your tea chilled.
