Frosty Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart of eggnog

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • Mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

  • Frosted peppermint ice cubes, for an extra special touch (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the eggnog into a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted.

  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the frosted peppermint.

  4. Let the mixture steep for 15 minutes.

  5. Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice.

  6. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.

Tips:

  • For an extra special treat, use frosted peppermint ice cubes in your frosty.

  • You can also serve this frosty hot. Simply heat the eggnog and chocolate chips until melted, then stir in the frosted peppermint and serve immediately.
