Greek Vinaigrette

This Greek Vinaigrette is bright, zesty, and full of classic Mediterranean flavors. It comes together in just a few minutes with simple pantry staples and fresh herbs, making it perfect for tossing with salads, drizzling over roasted vegetables, or using as a marinade.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 garlic cloves, grated

  • 1 Tbsp fresh or dried oregano

  • 1 Tbsp fresh or dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl.

  2. Whisk until fully combined.
