Lavender, Peppermint, and Lemon Balm Tea Blend

This calming mix of fresh herbs makes a delicious and functional tea. Each herb brings its own flavor and benefits, and you can use any combo of the blend to customize your preferred cup of tea:

  • Lavender – Adds a soothing, aromatic flavor while supporting relaxation and reducing stress.

  • Peppermint – Bright and cooling, peppermint can ease digestion and refresh the palate.

  • Lemon Balm – Lightly citrusy with a hint of mint, lemon balm is known to uplift mood and promote focus.

Herbal Tea Blend Recipe

For a Hot Steep:

  1. Steep any combo of the blend in hot water for 5–10 minutes (longer can get bitter).

  2. Strain through a mesh strainer or use a tea ball if available.

  3. Optional: Add lemon and/or honey to taste.

For a Cold Steep:

  1. Twist or smash the herbs gently, then add to a pitcher of water.

  2. Let sit for 6+ hours in the fridge.

  3. Strain before drinking for a clean, subtly flavored iced herbal tea.
