Mint Syrup

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mint

1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup water

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan add in the water and sugar

  2. Bring the water and sugar to a boil while continuously whisking and then add the mint leaves

  3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook without whisking for about 10 minutes.

  4. Transfer the syrup into a metal bowl and let stand to cool for about 10 minutes

  5. Strain out the mint leaves.

  6. Enjoy the syrup.
