Receiving Your Area 2 Farms Harvest

We want to make this simple for you, so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying your food. Each week, our farmers harvest your produce fresh and deliver it straight from the farm to your doorstep. Here’s how to make sure your harvest stays as fresh and delicious as possible.

1. Stay in the Loop

You’ll receive a text or email notification with an ETA once your harvest is on the way. We’ll let you know when your farmer is on the road so you can prepare for delivery.

2. Prepare for Delivery

On your delivery day, leave a cooler outside or request an Area 2 Farms Porch Box to keep your harvest shaded and cool.
If you’re not home, no problem! We’ll leave your bag in a secure, shaded spot so it’s safe until you return. To request a porch box or share delivery instructions, email hello@area2farms.com

3. Store your Harvest

When your delivery arrives, unpack your vegetables and store them in the fridge. Most items will stay freshest when kept cool and unwashed until you’re ready to use them.

4. Wash Before You Eat

It’s best to wash your produce right before you use it, rather than washing everything at once. This helps extend the life of your greens and keeps everything crisp.

5. Enjoy the Harvest

Now for the fun part…eating! Each week, we share recipes, storage ideas, and cooking inspiration in the Area 2 Farms Almanac.

Try new dishes, experiment with fresh herbs, and celebrate the season’s best flavors.
