Salad Grees
We have lots of greens in this lettuce mix.
Flavor: Mild lettuces.

Pea Shoots
These baby pea plants, like other shoots and microgreens, are a mighty source of micronutrients.

This pink and green celery is harvested young so it is tender and full of flavor.
