The Eleventh Week of Winter Season 2025

Salad Grees

We have lots of greens in this lettuce mix.

Flavor: Mild lettuces.

Health Benefit: Low in calories, high in flavor.

Tip: Eat raw with a simple vinaigrette to enjoy the textures and flavors of this versatile blend.

Pea Shoots

These baby pea plants, like other shoots and microgreens, are a mighty source of micronutrients.

Flavor: Sweet, a little grassy, and super crunchy.

Health Benefit: With a high amount of vitamin C, pea shoots protect you from winter viruses.

Tip: You can cook these hearty shoots, just use them as you would spinach.

Sage

Sage has over 900 varieties! We grow purple and green sage.

Flavor: Strong, fresh, and earthy.

Celery

This pink and green celery is harvested young so it is tender and full of flavor.

Flavor: Grassy and crunchy.

Tip: Use it chopped either fresh in salads or to build flavor in soups.

Chia Seeds

These chia seeds are super nutritious and really easy to use.

Flavor: Mildly nutty, but they absorb any liquid you mix them in deliciously.
