This menu is subject to change. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Order by 6/9/25 to receive This Week’s Harvest.

The Thirteenth (and Last) Week of Spring Season 2025

Kale Mix

Kale is the highlight of this hearty lettuce mix.

Flavor: Slightly sweet and a little peppery (not bitter).

Health Benefit: Rich in antioxidants and fiber.

Tip: Great base for a filling salad.

Pea Shoots

These baby pea plants, like other shoots and microgreens, are a mighty source of micronutrients.

Flavor: Sweet, a little grassy, and super crunchy.

Health Benefit: High amount of vitamin C.

Tip: You can cook these hearty shoots, just use them as you would spinach.

Basil

We deliver a living basil plant so you can have the freshest basil this week.

Flavor: Both sweet and savory with hints of mint and pepper.

Health Benefit: The aroma of basil has calming properties so you can destress.

Tip: Harvest fresh basil leaves and use them fresh in a salad.

Tomatoes

These tomatoes are bright and delicious.

Flavor: Juicy, sweet, with just a hint of acidity.

Health Benefit: High in antioxidants like lycopene, which supports heart health.

Tip: Store at room temperature to keep their full flavor—only refrigerate once fully ripe.

Rosemary Oil

You’ll find endless ways to use this rosemary-infused oil. It’s perfect for everyday cooking and adds instant flavor.

Flavor: Smooth and rich with earthy, piney notes from the rosemary.

Health Benefit: Rosemary contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, and olive oil supports heart health when used in moderation.

Tip: Drizzle over roasted potatoes, spread on crusty bread, or use to sauté greens.
