Tzatziki

Tzatziki surrounded by ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, grated

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 1 Tbsp dill, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped

  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Grate the cucumber, then squeeze out as much liquid as possible to keep the tzatziki thick.

  2. Add the cucumber and remaining ingredients to a bowl.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Taste and adjust with more salt or lemon juice, if desired.
