Tzatziki
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup cucumber, grated
1 garlic clove, grated
1 Tbsp dill, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Grate the cucumber, then squeeze out as much liquid as possible to keep the tzatziki thick.
Add the cucumber and remaining ingredients to a bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Taste and adjust with more salt or lemon juice, if desired.
