Virginia Wheat Capanelle Pasta

This pasta is crafted from a blend of semolina flour and Virginia-grown wheat flour, creating a lighter, more balanced alternative to traditional whole wheat pastas. Its delicate flavor and unique campanelle shape (little bells) make it versatile for just about any pasta dish. It even earned runner-up in the 2019 Garden & Gun Made in the South Awards.

How to Prepare Wheat Capanelle Pasta

  • Al Dente: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8–9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and toss with sauce.
