The Third Week of Fall Season 2025
Superfood Blend
This blend has pea shoots, red and green bok choy, kale, and Swiss chard.
Wash & Store: Rinse in cold water, spin dry, and keep in the fridge, in a container or bag with a paper towel in the fridge.
Quick Tip: Use as a salad base, sauté with garlic and oil, add to fried rice, or stir into soup.
Broccoli Microgreens
Wash & Store: Rinse gently in cold water, pat or spin dry, and store in a container or bag with a paper towel in the fridge.
Quick Tip: Sprinkle on pizza, eggs, pasta, or tacos, or stir into warm dishes like risotto or grains during the last few minutes of cooking.
Sage
Wash & Store: Rinse gently, pat dry, wrap in a slightly damp paper towel, and store in a bag or container in the fridge.
Quick Tip: Chop and season veggies, meats, or fish before cooking.
Oyster Mushrooms
Wash & Store: Wipe away dirt with a damp paper towel (avoid soaking in water), then store in the fridge, in a paper bag with a paper towel to prevent excess moisture.
Quick Tip: Roast at 425°F for about 25 minutes, stirring once or twice, until edges are golden and crispy.
