Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

Area 2 Farms Tour Agreement

Please read the following carefully.

Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that my child(ren)’s participation in a visit to Area 2 Farms involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to uneven terrain, plants, insects, and natural elements.

• Proximity to tools, equipment, or farm systems.

• Potential for minor or severe injuries resulting from these or other unforeseen risks.

Assumption of Risk
On behalf of my child(ren), I voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation in activities at Area 2 Farms and accept full responsibility for any harm, injury, or loss that may occur.

Release of Liability
I, on behalf of myself, my child(ren), and any representatives, heirs, or assigns, waive and release Area 2 Farms, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from my child(ren)’s participation in this activity.

Photo Release

I hereby grant Area 2 Farms permission to use my/my child’s, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes in any media format without compensation, and I waive any claims related to their use.

Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Area 2 Farms to seek necessary medical care for my child(ren). I accept full financial responsibility for such care.

Code of Conduct
I understand that my child(ren) is expected to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Area 2 Farms staff. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in my child(ren) being asked to leave the premises.
