Electric Mojito

We gave this traditional minty cocktail a little farm-fresh upgrade by adding lemon balm and rimming the glass with our buzz button salt for an electric, tingly finish. It’s crisp, refreshing, and totally unexpected.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz white rum

• 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

• 1 oz simple syrup

• 5 oz soda water

• Fresh mint and lemon balm

• Buzz Button Salt (for the rim)

Instructions:

1. Lightly coat the rim of your glass with Buzz Button Salt to give every sip an electric tingle.

2. Slap the mint and lemon balm between your hands to release their oils and aroma.

3. In your rimmed glass, mix the herbs with rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.

4. Top with soda water.

5. Add ice, stir gently, and sip slowly.
