Seasonal Specialty Blend, Fall 2025
Cabbage, Chard, and Bronze Fennel Microgreens
Microgreens are harvested shortly after sprouting when they’re tiny, nutrient-dense, and full of flavor. Our Seasonal Specialty blends are thoughtfully curated each season to balance taste, texture, and nutrition, featuring varieties that are uncommon in grocery stores and designed to elevate your meals. This fall season, our blend includes:
Cabbage Microgreens – Mildly peppery with a fresh, crisp bite, these microgreens add crunch and a subtle, earthy flavor that complements richer ingredients.
Chard Microgreens – Tender and slightly earthy, they bring depth and color to the mix, offering a green that works both raw and lightly cooked.
Bronze Fennel Microgreens – With their mild licorice flavor and bronze color, these microgreens add a unique flavor twist and visual interest to any dish.
Wash & Store
Rinse gently in cold water and spin or pat dry.
Store in a sealed container or bag with a paper towel to absorb moisture and keep microgreens fresh.
