This Week’s Harvest is a chance to taste what’s growing right now. The menu changes by the week, but it includes vibrant greens, fragrant herbs, crisp microgreens, and hearty root vegetables, freshly harvested and delivered to your front door.

You’ll receive greens and vegetables that are great for cooking or making into your daily salad, fresh herbs that can liven up any dish, a root vegetable to help round out a meal, and a surprise treat.

A benefit of being a local farm is that we don’t have to limit the crops we grow, and we love introducing our neighbors to new crops or specialty harvests from all over the world. In each box, we add something that will catch the attention of you, your family, and your taste buds! 

You won’t be able to find these specialty crop surprises in any grocery store around here, and we want to help you use these new crops in your trusted recipes and to help you make new ones!

You’ll receive your harvest on the Wednesday after your order, less than 24 hours after your food is harvested from the ground.
