Superfood Blend

This Superfood Blend combines pea shoots, red and green bok choy, kale, and Swiss chard.

Flavor: Earthy and crunchy.

Health Benefit: This blend has fiber to support digestion, as well as high water content to support hydration.

Tip: Eat it raw with a simple vinaigrette to enjoy the textures and flavors of this colorful blend.

Broccoli Microgreens

These broccoli microgreens are so versatile, you can eat them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Flavor: Bright and earthy.

Health Benefit: High levels of chlorophyll will help you cleanse toxins and speed up your metabolism.

Tip: Easy to incorporate, use them as a base for a salad, or fold them into an already-prepared pasta to add some greens.

Dill

This bright green and feathery dill is a perfect herb for elevating dishes.

Flavor: Fresh and grassy with a hint of citrus.

Health Benefit: Great for digestion and sleep.

Tip: A little dill can level-up a pasta salad, and is a perfect seasoning for baked fish or try this Fresh Dill Popcorn recipe.

Carrots

These carrots are fresh, crunchy, and nutritious.

Flavor: Sweet and crispy.

Health Benefit: Your body converts the beta-carotene in carrots into vitamin A, which is essential for good vision.
