Summer Farm Shares 2024
We’re kicking off our 2024 summer harvest season! You can purchase your farm share now to receive locally-grown, organic produce weekly - delivered right to your doorstep - from June 17th through September 9th.
What is a summer farm share?
A farm share, also referred to as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), is an opportunity to purchase a share of a farm’s produce for a full season - in this case - summer.
During the fall season, Area 2 Farms harvests and delivers fresh produce to its CSA members each week for 10 weeks. You can purchase your farm share every season and receive locally-grown, USDA certified organic produce all year round.
What do you get with each summer farm share delivery?
Each delivery is enough to last the week and will include:
Greens like spinach and kale.
Microgreens and shoots like cabbage microgreens and pea shoots.
Specialty items like herb oils, herb salts, and tea blends.
The types of crops grown and harvested at our organic farm in Arlington, VA will vary each week, as well as what is grown, harvested, and delivered each season. Our farmers are able to grow unique varieties of crops, in nutrient-rich soil, that are not readily found in grocery stores.
Summer farm share - convenient and flexible delivery
Each week, we harvest produce on Tuesdays, and deliver to you on Wednesdays or Thursdays, based on your location. What you receive is hyper-local, organic, and undeniably fresh.

Area 2 farms has created a Zero-Waste Nutrient Cycling compost system that allows us to recycle our precious nutrients into our new soil. Our food waste is food for the next generation of plants which means healthy soil and healthy produce.
