The Fourth Week of Winter Season 2025
Superfoods Blend
This blend combines pea shoots, red bok choy, green bok choy, kale, and swiss chard.
Flavor: Earthy and crunchy.
Health benefit: Fiber to support digestion, and high water content to support hydration.
Tip: Eat raw with a simple vinaigrette to enjoy the textures and flavors of this colorful blend.
Broccoli Microgreens
These broccoli microgreens are so versatile, you can eat them with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
