The Sixth Week of Spring Season 2025

Superfood Blend

This blend combines pea shoots, red and green bok choy, kale, and Swiss chard.

Flavor: Earthy and crunchy.

Health Benefit: This blend has fiber to support digestion, as well as high water content to support hydration.

Tip: Eat it raw with a simple vinaigrette to enjoy the textures and flavors of this colorful blend.

Sunflower Shoots

These sunflower shoots are easy to incorporate into any snack or meal for added nutrients.

Flavor: Crunchy, nutty, and delicate.

Health Benefit: Sunflower shoots are packed with antioxidants, particularly phenolic compounds, which help reduce inflammation and protect cells from damage.

Tip: These shoots are so tasty, they are perfect to eat raw.

Mint

Cooling mint is perfect for warmer spring days.

Flavor: Sweet and herbal.

Health Benefit: Improves memory, stimulates your senses, and freshens your breath.

Tip: Use to infuse water as a refreshing summer beverage.

Celery

This pink and green celery is harvested young so it is tender and full of flavor.

Flavor: Grassy and crunchy.

Health Benefit: Low-calorie and high-fiber make celery great for weight loss and maintenance.

Tip: Use it chopped either fresh in salads or to build flavor in soups.

Chickpeas

These dry chickpeas are a pantry item that bring protein and fiber to meals.

Flavor: Mild, nutty, and earthy.
