Red Crunch Lettuce and Kale Mix

This lettuce mix is made up of antioxidant-rich greens grown in nutrient-rich soil. Bright, grassy and tender kale combines with red crunchy lettuce to make an earthy blend - nutritious and flavorful. Like all of our lettuce mixes, you’ll have a perfect base for all types of salads - great for adding crunch and flavor to meals to support your digestion and easily incorporate vital nutrients into your diet.

Pea Shoots

These baby pea plants, like other shoots and microgreens, are a great source of micronutrients. Our organic pea shoots are sweet, a little grassy, and super crunchy which means they are great raw but can also be quickly sauteed and served warm. Try adding pea shoots into your potato or macaroni salad to elevate a Memorial Day BBQ side dish. To store shoots, rinse, dry, and keep them in the refrigerator wrapped in a paper towel.

Sage

Did you know that sage comes in over 900 different varieties? We grow and harvest purple and green sage at our organic farm in Arlington, VA. Sage has a high concentration of essential oils that collect on its soft surface, which gives not only its intense flavor and aroma, but also its ability to be studied, which it is, extensively, for medicinal properties. Rely on sage alone to add flavor (without the calories) as a meat or vegetable seasoning. Mirepoix

It’s a famous combo - celery, carrots and onions that, when diced and cooked in fat like butter or oil, becomes golden, creating the flavor base for many recipes. You’ll receive everything you need to make an organic, local mirepoix - we harvested young celery, colorful carrots, and green onions. Mirepoix equips you to build foundational flavor for so many classic recipes like soups, sauces, and more, but it also allows you to be creative - you can depend on our ingredients to make a truly flavorful base and feel empowered to experiment in the kitchen.

Buzz Button and Lemon Verbena

Buzz buttons are little yellow flowers that ​​give an exhilarating sensation, sometimes described as a buzzing, when you consume them. We combine these unique flowers with the intense lemony flavor of lemon verbena. And we love them together in this buzz button cocktail. You can also use buzz buttons to infuse oil, and lemon verbena to season dishes or make tea.
