Kale Mix
Kale is the highlight of this hearty lettuce mix.
Flavor: Slightly sweet and a little peppery (not bitter).
Health Benefit: Rich in antioxidants and fiber.
Tip: Great base for a filling salad.
Broccoli Microgreens & Edible Flowers
These delicate broccoli microgreens come with beautiful, edible golden stalk flower just in time for Mother’s Day.
Flavor: Mildly peppery with a fresh, grassy crunch, like a lighter version of mature broccoli.
Health Benefit: Packed with sulforaphane, a compound linked to fighting inflammation and supporting heart health.
Tip: Keep them in an airtight container lined with a dry paper towel in the fridge.
Dill
This bright green and feathery dill is a perfect herb for elevating dishes.
Flavor: Fresh and grassy with a hint of citrus.
Health Benefit: Great for digestion and sleep.
Tip: A little dill can level-up a pasta salad, and is a perfect seasoning for baked fish or try this Fresh Dill Popcorn recipe.
Turnips
These bright white turnips are fresh, mild and crisp.
Flavor: We harvest them young, keeping them crisp with a slight bite and without the bitterness of other varieties.
Health Benefit: High water content not only keeps you hydrated, but also helps your kidneys flush out waste.
Tip: You can store these with the tops on; just keep them in the crisper drawer, wrapped in a damp paper towel.
Microgreen Blend & Purple Shamrock
This blend is perfect for Mother’s Day. It combines pea tendrils and vibrant purple shamrock flowers.
Flavor: A mix of sweet and citrus notes with a refreshing crunch; it’s bold enough for topping, gentle enough for salads.
Health Benefit: Rich in antioxidants and fiber — a nutrient-dense boost for immunity and energy.
Tip: Toss into salads, layer on sandwiches, or scatter over eggs just before serving.
