The First Week of Fall Season 2025
Arugula Mix
This Arugula Mix puts arugula front and center, balanced by softer lettuces for the perfect bite.
Flavor: Peppery arugula takes the lead, balanced by tender, mild lettuces.
Health Benefit: With big flavor and barely any calories, this mix is nutrient-dense and refreshing.
Tip: Enjoy raw with a light vinaigrette to let the bold arugula and crisp textures shine.
Radish & Kale Microgreens
Radish microgreens and kale microgreens are a good match. They balance each others’ flavors and add nutrients and texture to meals.
Flavor: Bright, earthy, peppery with a kick.
Health Benefit: Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, this combo supports immunity, bone health, detoxification, and more.
Tip: Check out the many too-easy ways to use microgreens everyday here.
Basil
We deliver a living basil plant so you can have the freshest basil this week.
Flavor: Both sweet and savory with hints of mint and pepper.
Health Benefit: The aroma of basil has calming properties so you can destress.
Tip: Harvest fresh basil leaves and use them fresh in a salad.
TBD
These bright white turnips are fresh, mild and crisp.
Flavor: We harvest them young, keeping them crisp with a slight bite and without the bitterness of other varieties.
Health Benefit: High water content not only keeps you hydrated, but also helps your kidneys flush out waste.
Tip: You can store these with the tops on; just keep them in the crisper drawer, wrapped in a damp paper towel.
Harvest Highlight
We harvest everything at peak ripeness for the best flavor and nutrition. This week’s Harvest Highlight is a special surprise, fresh and seasonal.
