This Week’s Harvest is a chance to taste what’s growing right now. The menu changes by the week, but it includes vibrant greens, fragrant herbs, crisp microgreens, and hearty root vegetables, freshly harvested and delivered to your front door.

This system includes all organic material from the waste of our revolving plant trays in our SILO. This allows us to recycle our previous nutrients into our new soil.
