- Lemon balm leaves

Recovery Tea Ingredient Facts

  • Chamomile: Chamomile is known for its calming effects. It contains antioxidants that may help reduce inflammation and promote sleep. Additionally, chamomile is believed to aid in digestion and may help with anxiety relief.

  • Tulsi (Holy Basil): Tulsi is revered in Ayurvedic medicine for its adaptogenic properties, meaning it helps the body adapt to stress. It is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Tulsi may also support immune function and promote mental clarity.

  • Lemon Balm: Lemon balm is known for its soothing properties and is often used to alleviate stress and anxiety. It contains compounds that may help improve mood and cognitive function. Lemon balm also has mild sedative effects, which can promote relaxation and better sleep.

Directions

1. Boil water in a kettle or pot.

2. While the water is boiling, prepare your tea infuser or teapot.

3. Place a handful of chamomile flowers, tulsi leaves, and lemon balm leaves into the infuser or teapot.

4. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, pour it over the herbs.

5. Let the herbs steep for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your preference for strength.

6. After steeping, strain the tea to remove the herbs.

7. Pour the tea into your favorite mug and enjoy your soothing tea!
