The Fifth Week of Summer Season 2025

Arugula Mix

This mix puts arugula front and center, balanced by mild lettuces for the perfect bite.

Flavor: Peppery and mildly sweet.

Health Benefits: Our lettuce mixes are a great way to eat your hydration.

Tip: Enjoy raw with a light vinaigrette.

Pea Shoots

These pea shoots, like other shoots and microgreens, are add freshness, crunch, and micronutrients to your meals.

Flavor: Bright, earthy, and subtly sweet with a delicate snap.

Health Benefit: Packed with vitamin C and plant-based nutrients to support your immune system.

Tip: You can cook these hearty shoots, just use them as you would spinach. But this summer, try them in this Pea Shoot Potato Salad recipe.

Cilantro Microgreens

These cilantro microgreens give you all the flavor of cilantro, without the soap.

Flavor: Bright, citrusy, floral, and fresh with a hint of sweet bitterness.

Health Benefit: Packed with antioxidants and vitamins; great for digestion and detox support.

Tip: Sprinkle on tacos, salads, or soups, or muddle into a mojito for a zesty twist. Even cilantro skeptics might fall in love.

Celery
