Seasonal Specialty Microgreen Mix

For Spring 2025, this mix combines broccoli microgreens, red sorrel petite greens, and purple shamrock.

At our organic farm in Arlington, VA, we grow several varieties of microgreens and shoots. This mix is a curated selection of young greens that changes each season. Microgreens and shoots are grown in soil and harvested just as the first leaves appear, making them up to 40 times more nutrient-dense than their mature counterparts.
