The Tenth Week of Winter Season 2025

Kale Mix

We harvest this kale young, so it is tender and not bitter, and combine it with fresh lettuce.

Flavor: Mild, slightly sweet, with a tender texture.

Health Benefit: Packed with vitamins A, C, and K, kale supports immune health and promotes strong bones.

Tip: Toss into salads.

Seasonal Specialty Microgreen Mix

This mix combines kale microgreens, broccoli microgreens, sunflower shoots, and mizuna microgreens.

Flavor: This mix has all the flavors! It's earthy, nutty, peppery, and slightly sweet.

Health Benefit: These microgreens are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Tip: Add to stir-fries at the end of cooking for a burst of flavor and color.

Italian Herbs

This herb blend combines Italian large leaf basil with Italian oregano.

Flavor: Basil’s sweet, peppery notes blend perfectly with oregano’s robust, earthy kick.

Health Benefit: Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that support overall wellness.

Tip: Add at the end of cooking to preserve their fresh, bold flavor.

Tomatoes

These tomatoes are bright and delicious.

Flavor: Juicy, sweet, with just a hint of acidity.

Health Benefit: High in antioxidants like lycopene, which supports heart health.

Tip: Store at room temperature to keep their full flavor—only refrigerate once fully ripe.

Herb Oil

This herb oil is fresh and fragrant.

Flavor: Bright, herbaceous, and silky.
Health benefit: Packed with antioxidants from fresh herbs.
Tip: Drizzle over roasted vegetables, grilled fish, or fresh bread for an instant burst of flavor.
