Eleventh Week of Spring Season 2024

Rainbow Mix

(Green lettuce, rainbow swiss chard, and green and red bok choy)

This green’s mix has it all - flavor, texture, and nutrients. Containing leafy greens like rainbow swiss chard and bok choy, you’ll be adding a high amount of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as fiber and vital minerals, like iron and folate, to your diet for the week. Try lightly sautéing this mix in your herb oil for a delicious and nutrient-dense side dish.

Mix of Pea Shoots, Sunnies, and Radish Microgreens

This microgreens and shoots mix is a perfect balance of flavors. Radish microgreens are spicy - the pea shoots and sunnies offer an earthy flavor that perfectly tames that spice. You can easily incorporate this mix into your meals throughout the week and get the high amounts of vitamins and minerals that these delicious, crispy greens offer.

Cabbage Microgreens

Cabbage microgreens are baby cabbage plants - both flavorful and nutritious. Like all microgreens, they will resemble the flavor of the mature plant, but be milder with a tender texture. Use these micros to add crunch to meals and get essential vitamins like C, A, and K, as well as fiber to support your digestion.

Living Basil

This living basil plant will sit on your countertop, give off that distinct basil aroma, and last much longer than harvested, refrigerated basil, and retain more nutrients. Fresh basil is a perfect surprise in a salad or soup, and it will brighten sauces and marinades.

Herb Oil

This olive oil, infused with marjoram, rosemary, oregano, and thyme, will enhance the flavors coming out of your kitchen. And it’s not all about more flavor - infusing olive oil with these herbs will add nutrients to your meals, giving you and your family added health benefits like improved digestion and more antioxidants. Use the herb oil to dress salads, and cook vegetables and meats.
