Lettuce

Kale Mix

Our Our Kale Mix combines mild lettuces (green and red crystal, rhone, and red romaine) with young, tender kale leaves. Unlike mature kale, these early-harvested greens are mild and never bitter. Read more about our Kale Mix, its health benefits, and ways to use it.

Superfood Lettuce Blend

Farm Crunch

Our Farm Crunch is 100% green crystal lettuce, which is crispy and hydrating. Its sturdiness makes it a perfect lettuce to wilt for a cooked salad, or to use on top of hot sandwiches and burgers, as it will hold its crunch even with the heat.

Arugula Mix

Root Vegetables

Onions

Perfect for the season, we grow spring onions, also known as scallions, green onions, or salad onions, which we harvest early before their bulbs fully develop. They have a milder, more delicate flavor than larger onions. Learn more about how to use onions in your springtime recipes here.

Bok Choy

Bok choy is a leafy green vegetable that belongs to the mustard family along with other cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and kale. It has a mild, slightly peppery flavor with a little sweetness. Read all about bok choy’s amazing benefits and ways to use it here.

Turnips

We grow Hakurei turnips, which are a small, round, bright white variety that does not have any of the bitterness of the more common varieties. They are slightly sweet and tender so you can eat them raw. Learn about how we grow turnips and ways to use them here.

Carrots

Our carrots are colorful and have a sweet and earthy flavor. They are perfect for snacking on raw, but can be used in so many way. Learn more about our organic carrots and why incorporating them into your diet is healthy and delicious.

Celery

Our celery is green and pink, so it is not only beautiful, but also tender and flavorful. Like many of our root vegetables, we harvest the celery young, when nutrients and flavor is at its peak. Learn about our pink and green celery here.

Mushrooms

Microgreens

Broccoli

Packed with nutrients (up to 40 times more than mature broccoli), broccoli microgreens have a mild, slightly peppery flavor with a fresh crunch. They’re loaded with sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant that supports cellular health. Learn more about broccoli microgreens here.

Sunflower

Seasonal Specialty Microgreen Mix

Our Seasonal Specialty Microgreen Mix changes with the season, and our spring 2025 version has broccoli microgreens, red sorrel, and purple shamrock, making it not only colorful, but also deliciously citrusy, which is perfect for spring.

Sunflower + Marigold

This special springtime blend combines sunflower shoots with the edible leaves and flowers of the marigold plant. Sunflower shoots are earthy and crunchy, while marigold has a citrus (slightly peppery) flavor.

Pea Shoots

Pea shoots are baby pea plants, their flavor earthy. They are a hearty shoot which means you can cook them or eat them raw. They have a ton of vitamin C, as well as many other nutrients and minerals. Learn more about how we grow pea shoots here.

Broccoli + Stock Flower

This exciting mix combines broccoli microgreens with white, pink, and purple edible stock flowers that also have a broccoli-like flavor. Broccoli microgreens are up to 40 times more nutritious than mature broccoli—this colorful blends is beautiful and healthy.


Herbs

Mint

Chives

Living Basil

When you buy basil at the grocery store, do you notice that it wilts and turns brown in just a day or so? That’s because once basil is harvested, it quickly loses its color and texture. Cilantro Microgreens

New this spring are our cilantro microgreens. They will have an intense cilantro flavor, but be tender, perfect to add raw on top of tacos, salads, and more.


Pantry

Couscous

Light, fluffy, and mildly nutty, couscous is not a grain, but actually made from wheat or barley.

Green Split Pea Soup Kit

Our Green Split Pea Soup Kit combines green split peas with herbs to make a protein-packed, comforting, and flavorful soup.

Roasted Sunflower Seeds

Crunchy, nutty, and a great source of protein and other nutrients, our roasted sunflower seeds make an easy snack, but are great on top of salads,

Herb Infused Honey

This floral, aromatic (and local-from-Virginia) honey is infused with thyme, lavender, and rosemary for a sweet-savory twist. You can drizzle it over cheese, yogurt, or roasted vegetables, or use it in salad dressings.

Himalayan Salt

Himalayan salt is mineral-rich and naturally pink. It is a bit milder than table salt and can be used for cooking and seasoning anything.

Chickpeas

This spring, we’re delivering dried chickpeas which are slightly nutty and super creamy when cooked. There are so many recipes to create that start with these chickpeas.

Cocktail/Mocktail Mix

This mix combines buzz button and lemon verbena, and creates a unique, tingling sensation when consumed. It makes an exciting cocktail, mocktail, or herbal tea.

Capers

Briny, tangy, and packed with umami, capers add a burst of flavor to sauces, salads, and seafood dishes.

Granola

This granola is crunchy, lightly sweet, and packed with nuts and seeds. It’s a great yogurt topping.

Grilling Seasoning

Spring means longer days and warmer weather, which makes us think of grilling. This grilling seasoning is a bold, smoky blend designed to flavor meats and vegetables.

Dried Figs

Dried figs are an addictive snack. But they are also rich in fiber, which supports healthy digestion and helps maintain stable blood sugar levels.

Herb Oil

Our herb oil is infused with fresh herbs and can be used for cooking, salad dressing, or a simple dip for fresh bread.

Tea
