Lettuce
Kale Mix

Farm Crunch
Our Farm Crunch is 100% green crystal lettuce, which is crispy and hydrating. Its sturdiness makes it a perfect lettuce to wilt for a cooked salad, or to use on top of hot sandwiches and burgers, as it will hold its crunch even with the heat.
Arugula Mix

Root Vegetables
Onions
Perfect for the season, we grow spring onions, also known as scallions, green onions, or salad onions, which we harvest early before their bulbs fully develop. They have a milder, more delicate flavor than larger onions. Learn more about how to use onions in your springtime recipes here.
Bok Choy

Turnips

Carrots

Microgreens
Broccoli
Packed with nutrients (up to 40 times more than mature broccoli), broccoli microgreens have a mild, slightly peppery flavor with a fresh crunch. They’re loaded with sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant that supports cellular health. Learn more about broccoli microgreens here.
Sunflower

Seasonal Specialty Microgreen Mix
Our Seasonal Specialty Microgreen Mix changes with the season, and our spring 2025 version has broccoli microgreens, red sorrel, and purple shamrock, making it not only colorful, but also deliciously citrusy, which is perfect for spring.
Sunflower + Marigold
This special springtime blend combines sunflower shoots with the edible leaves and flowers of the marigold plant. Sunflower shoots are earthy and crunchy, while marigold has a citrus (slightly peppery) flavor.
Pea Shoots

This exciting mix combines broccoli microgreens with white, pink, and purple edible stock flowers that also have a broccoli-like flavor. Broccoli microgreens are up to 40 times more nutritious than mature broccoli—this colorful blends is beautiful and healthy.
